Story
Welcome to the Eden Brown Just Giving page.
Our charity of the year for 2011 is Sense, the charity for deafblind people. Sense raises money in order to provide deafblind people with expert advice, information, and much-needed support services.
What are we doing to raise money?
6 brave Eden Brown volunteers will be taking on the three peaks challenge, scaling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and then Mount Snowdon, in order to raise money for this wonderful cause. Ian Martin, Debra Stockdale, Mark Smith, Joseph Knowles, Michael Miller and Andrew Jenkins will be completing this challenge to raise money for Sense.
If you would like to find out more about the three peaks challenge, have a look at their website: http://www.thethreepeakschallenge.co.uk/
Our personal target for 2011 is 'Fun 4 Fifteen'
We want to raise £10,000 to send 15 deafblind children, along with 4 employee volunteers, on a Sense holiday where they will have the chance to meet other deafblind children, and have the opportunity to get involved in enriching, exciting activities.
Thank you for visiting our page, we have lots of fundraising events planned for this year, so please dig deep to help us reach our target.
