Where in the final 4 weeks before the big race, and all the training is going well. I am on the look out for a fancy dress outfit to run.

Only 9 weeks to go and the training is going really well. running up and down Carr Lane for fun, and up to 15 mile for my Sunday morning run. 

 I am Running the Bupa Great North Run 19th September all in aid of Leonard Cheshire (Champion House) Greensgates, Leeds. 

I am running for them as it is a very good and local cause. I am a Volunteer at the Leonard Cheshire Shop in Idle.
