As you may or may not know, over the last 5 years I have raised in excess of £40,000 for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation - this charity means a great deal to me.

Over the last months months I have taken a back seat on fundraising for the charity however I feel the time has come to once again raise some money and I am going to be running the London marathon 2016 for the fourth consecutive year

All the support I have received over the last few years has been amazing and much appreciated. I am not going to set a target this year however I would like to think I could get as close to £10,000 as possible...

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, I know many of you have supported me in the past and I don't want anyone to feel obliged.

It was my late grandfathers birthday at the start of this month and its by doing things like this that I can keep all the fabulous and amazing memories of him alive. Those you that knew him knew what an amazing, generous and likeable man he was and I know he would be very proud of all the charity work I do.
