We have both been very active in the past, but life, circumstance and health have lead us to neglect our fitness for the last few years.  Our journey back to fitness will include a 10K in Beverley and a Triathlon in and around Burstwick.

Special stars is special to us as they have held many events in the past which have allowed Joe to take part in activities which would not have been possible for him.  The support they give to vulnerable children and adults and their families is second to none, and the best part is they are local.

Special Stars Foundation is a registered charity supporting people with disabilities and their families, in Hull and East Yorkshire. (Registered Charity number: 1156237)We provide a diverse range of inclusive and accessible activities for people with disabilities and their families, with the aim of reducing social isolation.
