Hey on  the 23rd May all seven of us (Charlie, Matt, Magda, Siobhan, Donna, Lucy and Tom) will be once again treking our way accross london for the stroke association, its a 30 mile cycle with 13 bridges and is surely worth a pound or two for this very worthy cause

please help out as much as you can, last year so many people were so generous and we nearly made it to a massive £1000, we are really hoping to beat that target
