I did it, I completed my first half marathon on 27th September, I managed a good pace and completed it in 2.5 hours, stopping once to stretch my aching limbs!  It was a very enjoyable exerience and thanks to you I have managed to raise a fantastic £760 for The Brain and Spine Foundation.   The foundation was founded in 1992 to help the 10 million people affected by brain and spine conditions in the UK and their dedicated carers.
