Well, the time has come to don the lycra again and see how far the legs can run before they decide to pack in altogether.

 

This time however I have decided to run for a charity close to all our hearts and minds, "Help for Heroes". Its difficult to imagine the sacrifice that our men and women make in order for us to lead our independent and free lives, having watched a program on the rehabilitation of our soldiers last year I felt compelled to make some small contribution as a token of my great appreciation and gratitude.

 

Please help and give all you can.
