Dear Friends & Family,

Firstly thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On the 12th July the 3 of us are donning our rather smelly trainers...well they should be after all the hard training we've put in ;o) & taking part in the British Asics 10k in aid of the MS Trust.

We hope to raise as much money as possible for this worthy cause & help continue the fantastic research the MS Trust provides for sufferers of this horrid illness.
