I have the most wonderful friend who has stage 4 bowel Cancer.   She is an absolute beacon of light, my inspiration.  She does not waste days worrying about her diagnosis, instead she lives life to the full, putting her energy into her family, work and home. Nobody wants their friend to have such a diagnosis.  When Bowel Cancer is detected early survival rates are so much higher. 

I’ve never been a runner... I just remember my school days trying to do cross country and coming almost last!  However, I want to do something to support this charity. I will run with my friend’s voice in my head, “If you think you can, you will.” This is for you my lovely x xxx
