I have been doing the 10k run for a number of years now through heatwaves and pouring rain. many of you will ask why would i do it. I have been helping at in-deep for 15 years now and have seen it grow from a little breakfast to an award winning charity that works in several boroughs across london. 

In-deep runs lunch and dinner clubs offering three course meal with entertainment, a complementary therapy scheme, a choir, Christmas hamper scheme and more recently music therapy and a parent meeting group for children with special needs.

There is one thread that runs through everything we do and that is to tackle the isolation that so many people experience whether you are an elderly person living on your own with cancer, a parent bringing up a child with significant special needs or an autistic child who can't communicate. In deep is there for you. As a small charity we constantly fundraising to continue our work while costs are rising.
