On April 9th I'm running the Paris marathon and thought this an opportunity to raise money for the Frank Haines Memorial Trust. The trust supports charities working with young people in East London and was set up in memory of a friend and good man. I haven't got a charity place, but I'd like to raise something so some wider good can come of all these hours I've spent running. Many thanks if you can spare anything.
