We successfully completed the 10K run on 11th July, it was hard going but we made it across the finish line. Thank you so much to everyone that sponsored us and offered support.

On the 11th July 2010 we are running the ASICS British 10K London Run!

We are running in loving memory of a great sister & friend and for the charity Refuge, for women and children against domestic violence.

It has been just over two years since Emma was tragically taken from us, leaving behind two beautiful girls who are still coming to terms with the devastating consequences of domestic violence. 

1 woman in 4 will experience domestic violence at some point in her life.  This means that a woman you know - a sister, friend, daughter or colleague - could be at real risk of abuse. 2 women are killed each week by a current or former partner in England and Wales.

So, please sponsor us to help other women and children rebuild their lives! Every penny will help….
