Story
Hi everyone
I volunteer once a month with a Westminster charity called In-Deep who do lots of work to tackle isolation in the city. I've been doing this for over a year now and am now running the ASICS London 10k with the hope of receiving some sponsorships that will go to this small but powerful husband-and-wife led charity.
I help special educational needs (SEN) kids in central London at free monthly music therapy sessions which bring all of us a lot of joy through singing, rhythm, movement and sensory stimulation. This is hugely beneficial, it provides them with learning and activities they may otherwise not have, and is enormous fun!
I'm raising money for In-Deep to help the continuation of their excellent work and contribution to our community and really appreciate your support. I am also lucky that my work will match a donation up to $500... is that ambitious??
Thanks and get in touch if you want to know more about the run or the music therapy (they are always looking for more volunteers)!
