I have taken on the challenge to run the Royal Parks Half marathon on the 10th October 2010.

I am raising money for The Cardiomyopathy Association. They are a charity that helps people and their families affected by the heart muscle condition cardiomyopathy.

This is a charity that is very close to my heart. My Grandfather and my Mother suffered with Cardiomyopathy. Unfortunately they passed away. By raising money it will help fund new treatments and more specialist care for people with the disease, and provide support for the families of the sufferers.
