2010 marks 10 years since the passing of JQ (our Dad) and to mark this significant anniversary, we will be completing four mad cap events for Help for Heroes as it is a charity specifically set up to help the injured soldiers of the British forces.  As JQ was a career military man, and GQ saw active service in , the links are obvious for all to see.

Paris Marathon - April 11th
Blenheim Palace Sprint Distance Triathlon - June 5th
London Olympic Distance Triathlon - August 8th
OMM (Original Mountain Marathon) - October 30/31st (yes - it is over two days, but it is two marathons!!!)
