Participants are joining us in the Essex forest to take on a 5K challenge with a difference! There will be obstacles, mud, slides, swings, and water; ending with the infamous Deathslide! All to raise vital funds for wildlife in Essex.

Story

We're dependent on the natural world in every aspect of our lives. Yet it needs our help, now more than ever. Our climate is in crisis and our species face extinction. 

By taking on the Running Wild 5K challenge, I am raising vital funds in aid of Essex Wildlife Trust. They are the county's leading conservation charity, committed to protecting wildlife and inspiring a lifelong love of nature. 

Together we are helping protect the future.
