Never before have young people been as unhealthy or as unhappy as they are now with rising numbers reporting symptoms of anxiety and depression, alongside a decline in levels of physical activity. Vital funds are needed to enable the Youth Sport Trust to take urgent action to build back happier and more resilient young people and level the playing field for those most disadvantaged, through the power of play and sport.

In July,  I will be joining Pegasystems and their Partners on a 259 miles cycle from London to Amsterdam over 3 days to support and raise vital funds and awareness for the work of Youth Sport Trust.
