My name is Thomas and I have Crohn’s Disease which is a type of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Becoming diagnosed with this incurable and chronic condition has made me appreciate my health more and made me more adventurous BECAUSE I have Crohn’s Disease as I need to make the most of my health now it has improved. Hence why I will be cycling the 1000 mile length of Great Britain from Lands End to John O'Groats this summer.

Not everyone who has Inflammatory Bowel Disease is as lucky as me though which is why I will be raising money for Crohn's and Colitis UK. A charity that has helped me a great deal since being diagnosed. They do fantastic work helping to inform and support fellow sufferers of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and also fund vital research projects that aim to find a cure for this debilitating disease that affects more than 260,000 people in the UK,
