Those of you who know me well, will remember that I started running early in 2009.

 

This has become something of a passion, and I am slowly building my body up from the 50m sprint for the bus, to hopefully compete in a marathon by the time I hit 25 years of age (believe me, that seems to be creeping up!)

 

After running two 5km runs in the last year I've set my sights upon the next milestone - 10km. I will be doing this on 18th July in Sunderland - raising money for the fantastic charity - The Alzheimer's Society.

 

Please sponsor me, as little or as much as you can - any donation is appreciated, and it all goes towards helping the great work fighting against an illness which is so horrible, and yet so little understood.
