I am kicking off 2011 by taking part in the BUPA Great Winter Run in Edinburgh next Saturday, 8 January.  I'll be raising funds from MND Scotland in the process, a charity close to the heart of friends and family up in Glasgow. 

MND Scotland is the only charity providing care and support for people with MND and their carers, while also funding research into the disease.

All donations will ensure that the right help, care and support is available at the right time to everyone with MND and their families in Scotland and help to promote research into and raise awareness of MND.

Please help support this worthy cause, and spur me on with my training over the festive period!
