Hi everyone,

I am taking part in an organised swim across the Firth of Clyde from the Isle of Cumbrae to Largs, a total of 1.6 miles in open water! There are basking sharks, jellyfish, killer whales and worst of all jobbies from upriver to avoid so I am going to need all the loose change you can spare to get me across...

All proceeds will be going to Gillian's Saltire Appeal which is a local charity providing support and respite care for cancer sufferers.
