Our very own Free Radio breakfast presenter Foxy is taking part in the Bupa Great Birmingham Run (despite having never done a half marathon before!)

He has been inspired by a young boy at Birmingham's Children's Hospital to give it a go and is also heading up his own team, aptly named Foxy Flyers.

Do not despair if you cannot join the team! You can still do your part to support Foxy by making a donation here. Give as little or as much as you can afford; it all goes toward helping sick children and their families!
