On Sunday 2^nd August I’ll be joining 25,000 cyclists for the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 cycle ride. It’s 100 miles starting from the Olympic Stadium in London and finishing on The Mall some 6 hours later. The route has 3 steep climbs within Surrey; which will be lung busting, leg burning, 165bpm heart rate stuff, so it’s sure to be a challenge.

I'm hoping to raise money for the charity Cancer Research as 4 close family members have succumbed to this disease over recent years and this will be my chance to pay a little back into a national charity that needs constant funding.
