Hi Everyone it with great sadness that i have to pull out of the cheltenham half marathon this year. I have sustained an injury which will require attention but i want to thank those who have donated for this great charity and i wish my Endsleigh colleagues well who are participating in the half.

I will be back running and i will come back stronger than ever.
