We wanted to partner with a local charity that resonated with our brand and with a particular link to the education community. This is why we have chosen Young Gloucestershire as our charity partner for the next twelve months.

YG is a Gloucestershire-wide youth charity that supports marginalised and vulnerable young people (aged 11-25) who face complex challenges in their lives. YG works with disadvantaged young people who are furthest from the job market, and help them achieve their potential by providing practical education, training and social development opportunities to help them find the confidence and to develop the skills they need to get on track and into work, education or training.

Whether you want to find your possible by doing your own fundraising activity or be determined to be part of a team to run the Cheltenham half marathon or complete the Cheltenham 3 peaks challenge, your efforts will help benefit young people throughout Gloucestershire.

If you want to do something more office based you can make a difference to help a young person find their possible by donating to our internal clothes appeal. We want to make sure young people are confident when attending programmes (trainers, fleeces, t-shirts etc) or going to interviews (workwear) as well as helping with mock assessment centres to build their confidence.
