Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 18th July I will take part in the Etape du Tour 2010 edition. The Etape is an amateur bike race over the same stage as the Tour de France professionals will ride a few days later. This year's chosen stage is Stage 17 in the high mountains of the Pyrenees, starting in Pau and finishing at the top of the mighty 2115m Col du Tourmelet, on the way taking in the famous Tour climbs of the Col de Marie-Blanque and Col du Soulor. In total the stage covers 181km and 4100 vertical metres of ascent.

I will be part of the National Autistic Society team, raising money for this fantastic charity that does so much for people with autism and Asperger Syndrome. I hope you will dig deep and sponsor me for this great cause. Just to reassure you that I have paid the full cost of my participation in the event so 100% of your donation goes to NAS (128% if NAS can also claim Gift Aid on your donation).

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
