What a great idea my wife had, when she suggested I enter a Triathlon Race for, the very worth while charity, Cancer Research UK. 

She knows I hate running, so only gave me 5 days notice to prepare for it. She sooooo thoughtful. That's true love

As with many, cancer has touched my life in a very personal way. I wanted to make an effort to help raise funds and thought you may dig a little deeper, if you knew you could have a laugh at my efforts.

I haven't set the bar too high, in terms of funds, as the physical effort may not be worth paying for. I just hope to finish on the same day I start.
