IRONMAN UK 2017 is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride followed by a marathon in July.  I have decided to do some fundraising for charity at the same time.  The charity that I've chosen helps children in Nepal and they've had a pretty tough time of late with the earthquake in 2015 - not to mention they are already one of the world's poorest countries.  The charity has a number of project helping children from a children's home, a national nutrition project and it gives extensive support to families living with HIV/AIDS.   The charity has been working in Nepal for over 25 years so they are also incredibly experienced and are UK registered. Whatever, you can spare as sponsorship will really go a long way in Nepal. I appreciate the support.
