Once again I want to help raise some funds for a great charity who do so much wonderful work using something we all experience every day - music. Last year was tough and i didn't think I would do it again but having seen the work that this wonderful charity does and the people it helps, I felt it was time to challenge myself once more.

The challenge will run from 10am on Fri 18th Aug until 10pm on Sun 20th Aug and will be broadcast on www.groovecityradio.com and we also will hopefully be able to post a video link where you can check in from time  to time throughout the challenge to see how it's going.

Last time around I raised £1300 , so this time I would like to raise a little bit more as £1400 will cover the cost of music therapy for one person for a whole year, so could make a huge difference in a person's life.

Even if you are not able to donate, please send your positive thoughts for this challenge and share the link so that more people become aware of the wonderful work that Nordoff Robbins Scotland do.
