As a sufferer of M.E, for the past year I have decided that it is time to do something for a charity that will help with the condition for me and many others through their research and training. The M.E Association is a fantastic charity that deserves support and funding to continue it's great work.

The Zombie evacuation is an obstacle race, where participants are chased by "Zombies". Interestingly enough, "Zombie"  describes how M.E. often leaves me feeling!
