I have been flirting with the idea of doing a marathon for some time now and have finally been giving the opportunity to do so. My old man has completed dozens and I suppose that's where my desire to do so has stemmed from.

I will be running the London Marathon for Whizz-Kidz, who are a charity that aim to work with disabled children and support and assist them into becoming independent adults. They are a great charity and their work can be seen at www.whizz-kidz.org.uk.
