The idea is simple....to use our social networks to ask our friends, friends of friends, and their friends to spend just ONE minute of their time donating just ONE of their pounds. If enough people share, that adds up to quite a big difference.

At the time of writing 245 children had been killed in Gaza during this recent conflict, and over 1000 Palestinian civilians in total. This is not about being political or taking sides, every death - on both sides - is a tragic loss. But it's in Gaza that hundreds of thousands have lost their homes, and food, water and power are running out. The people have nowhere to go, the borders are closed and UN shelters are not safe. 

I'm not a campaigner and I've never done fundraising before.  I understand that we're all cash-strapped and time-poor and that makes us feel helpless.  But if enough people give just one minute of their time to donate one pound, then collectively maybe we can do something to help ease the suffering in Gaza.
