My name is Gemma. I am 29 years old living with multiple health conditions. I lost a lot of weight recently and it lead to me developing disordered eating, not eating enough or regularly enough and having an unhealthy obsession with my weight. My doctor referred me to Eating Matters for some help, and it’s been so so helpful. I now eat properly and although I still fear putting on weight, they’ve helped me to realise that as long as I eat mindfully, I shouldn’t gain weight. I am forever grateful to Eating Matters for their support on my journey.
