After weeks of deliberation (and very little training!), I'm chucking myself in at the deep end and am going to take part in the 25 mile Cycle 4 Cynthia to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice & Macmillan Cancer Support, which provide care, and support for people with terminal illness in Northamptonshire.
