Yes, I'm off again - but this time it's Cuba, it involves no sunbathing, no yoga, and it's for CHARITY - and I don't mean Gemma's Holiday Fund!

I'm going to do a 10 day trek in Cuba - a mountain trek no less, to raise some money for the Bristol Cancer Help Centre. They do a lot of vital work helping cancer sufferers and their families live a normal healthy life, and deal with the difficult therapies that may be involved. They use a lot of alternative therapies to work alongside the more conventional ones. They do not receive any statutory funding, so donations are crucial.

The trip itself is paid for in full by me, so every penny you donate will go straight to BCHC, and any donation, big or small, will make a difference.
