On August 22nd we are cycling from London to Brighton (56 miles) to raise money for the very special Liberty Children's Home in Belize, Central America.

Liberty Children’s Home currently cares for 41 children who have all been physically/sexually abused or abandoned.  Liberty is much more than a run of the mill orphanage - it provides a loving, stimulating, beautiful environment where each child truly has the opportunity to heal & feel safe and loved until he/she can be reunited with a family member, or be placed in a new family.

Liberty is striving to become increasingly self sustainable in Belize e.g. Liberty's Organic Farm produces its own vegetables, fruits, herbs, & eggs to provide the children with nutritious food & also to sell to local restaurants and hotels.  But Liberty still desperately needs help to develop this & other projects further.
