As you  aware this Chrismas my daughter Ellie who is 18 years old was diagnosed as having Type 1 Diabetes.  It has certainly opened our eyes to find a cure for this condition and the need to raise vital funds to improve the awareness and the lives of the people living day to day with diabetes.

to be able to support Ellie I have dusted off the trainers and will be attempting to complete the Manchester 10k on the 15th May 2011(and lose a few pounds in the bargain!)  - any contribution you can make no matter how small to the charity will be greatly received
