I am going to try and swim 1000m in the icey water of Portishead Lido to raise money for Dorothy House Hospice. They helped to look after my wonderful Mother in Law Jacky Carr, who died just last weekend, peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family. I will be swimmining on the 16th of December, just a month away!
