In July I will be doing a 4 day, 300 mile cycle ride from London to Paris. I am not planning on using the tricycle I had when I was 3 - it had great handlebar tassels but it was rubbish on the hills. 

I will be cycling for Bowel Cancer UK. My sister-in-law, Wendy, was a victim of it in 2003 aged 39, as was my dad in 2008. 

Thanks to the incredible generosity shown so far, I have increased my online target from £1,500 to £3,000. In addition to this, Man Group have kindly matched the money I have raised with a further £2,500. I very much appreciate your support to help save lives from this horrible illness.
