Story
You will be pleased to know I survived the big run and completed a respectable time of 3hours 56 minutes. For my race breakdown and some honorific snaps of me in action!: http://results-2010.virginlondonmarathon.com/2010/index.php?content=search
A big thank you to all those you supported me. I would also like to thank the MS Society for kindly providing Shift with a place.
A close friend of mine, George was diagnosed with MS back in 2004 at the age of 22. As a result he along with a few others founded Shift.ms, to increase awareness of the disease. The charity is unique, incorporating a social networking site targeting the younger generation affected by the disease.
I feel honoured to run my first ever marathon in London on 25th April 2010 for a good cause. Please sponsor me to take on this very daunting prospect where all donations will go to Shift.
