Kim, Phil, Jessica and myself are all taking part in this event for Crohns and Colitis because it is a charity very close to our hearts! Kim(Mum) has been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease for 18 years and we as a family have seen and experienced the affect it has on the sufferer and those around them! By taking part in Walk It we hope to give back to an amazing charity that helps sufferers and their families, as well as life changing research!
