On the 16th May 2010 I completed the "Etape Caledonia" closed cycle road race through highland Perthshire riding in aid of Mc Millan cancer relief.

Delighted to say that, this year, no incidents and I managed the full race distance of 81 miles in 4 hours 45 minutes- well inside my target time of 5 hours so I'm really pleased about that. Do have to confess that 2 days later my legs are still recovering.
