I dont have heart problems and i dont know anyone who does.....yet...but with over 2 million people in the UK with Coronary Heart Disease its likely that we all will come in to contact with someone who does in the next 5...10...20 years.

The London to Brighton ride is just under 60 miles and takes place on sunday 20th June 2010. Training has started but i do have a long way to so get donating and spur me on...
