Thanks for taking the time to visit my just giving page in memory of Joe Simpson. 

Joe was sadly taken from us five years ago this December after finally loosing his battle with cancer.

Tragically Joe was never able to meet his daughter Joey, who my brave sister Charlotte was carrying.......

Joey was born the following month.

Every year Joe's family and friends have organised fantastic memorial events to raise money for the Phyllis Tuckwell hospice. Unfortunately I have been unable to make these events over recent years, so now this is my chance to give something back and hopefully raise some money for this amazing hospice !

The Phyllis Tuckwell hospice provides care, comfort & support for terminally ill people and their families. They rely on the generosity of the local people/community to stay afloat and take good care of those families in need.

They need to raise £325,000 every year to fund this service. 

The event I'm taking part in, is the september London to paris bike ride. It's a four day event which starts at crystal palace and takes us all the way to the finish line at the eiffel tower. 

We all know what a great job the Phyllis Tuckwell hospice did for Joe, so if we could all dig into our pockets little and spare a few quid  (however big or small).......I'm sure it would make a difference.

The target to reach is £1450, which I'm sure is achievable with everyone's help.

I will be looking into extra fundraising events over the next few months to put towards the final total. I will keep everyone informed.
