I'm competing in the UK Challenge 2010 being held in Aviemore 16th-20th June -  www.ukchallenge.co.uk. This includes running, biking, kayaking and problem solving.

In addition my training includes running the Edinburgh Bupa 10k in May.

In connection with the event i'm trying to raise at least £500, this is part of the overall team target of £43,000 through a variety of events. The donations are all in aid of Children 1st . Children 1st is an extremely worthy charity. Not only are you helping some of the most vulnerable people in society you get the bonus of seeing me torture myself over the next 5 months in a bid to get fit enough for the Microsoft  Challenge.
