Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

I'm hoping to run the Cardiff 1/2 marathon on the 17th October in under 2 hours. (Hopefully under 1:50)

All money raised will go to Ty Hafan (http://www.tyhafan.org/) as they really do deserve every penny they get for the work they do.

I don't see the point in me spending hours in the gym at my age just to be skinny (I don't want to be skinny), or muscly (it's not going to happen), or be quicker than Shane WIlliams (again, it's not going to happen).  

SO it's time to have something to aim for AND  raise some money to bring a little bit of light into someone's life. It would have been a 10k run, but I'm past that & need something painful to look forward to!!!
