We're running for The Lymphoma Association in the Leeds 10k, please support us...

Hi Everyone,

Last year was pretty tough for the whole family after Alan's diagnosis and fortunately thanks to the support of family, friends and work colleagues, Alan pulled through his treatment and we've come through a stressful time as well. Many people don't have the kind of support Alan had and rely on the services of charities like the Lymphoma Association to help them through a very difficult period of their life. That's why we've all decided to support the Association and we hope you will too.

As many of you probably know, running - or even walking for fun, isn't Alan's idea of a great way to spend a Sunday morning! The thought of running without chasing a ball fills Alan with dread, so when he announced he wanted to run 10K this year, I did laugh.

The kids also want to try and raise some money too, so Lauren and Riley are taking part in the Leeds Kids Fun Run on Sunday 8th May. They even get little numbers for their tops! It is 1.5K, so I don't think it's going to be as easy as they think.

No amount is too small, so we really really appreciate anything that you can spare.
