At the start of 2021 I needed to set myself a challenge .  So I decided that I would attempt a  Sprint Triathlon For Rhodes that don't know thats a 750.metre swim, 20kilometre cycle then 5 kilometre run.  After speaking to a friend who is a case worker for Women's Aid. She explained that 1 in 4 women suffer from some form of  domestic abuse   and I decided that I would try to raise funds  for an amazing group of people who do some fantastic work for families  in need at a time of crises.
