Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page............as you will see from the schedule below i am slowly going insane.......

On Thursday 17th June immediately after landing at Gerona airport (Spain) i and a gang of friends will be riding to Espolla and cross the border (to France) at the Coll de Banyules ( 350 meters high) then down to Banyules sur Mer.and along the coast to Colliure ,Argeles sur Mer and home to St.Genis des Fontaines (total distance about 90 miles and will take about 7 hours of cycling!).

Friday June 18 - we ride from St.Genis to Ceret up the valley to Arles sur Tech then cross the border (to Spain) at St.Laurent de Cerdans (1000m!.) then down the valley to La jonquera and cross back (to France) at Le Perthus and home (Distance about 50 miles and about 6hours cycling!).

Saturday June 19 - ride from Prades and climb to the Col de Jau (1600m! -sometimes used by Tour de France!) down to Axat then Sournia and back to Prades (Total distance about 65miles with a lot of climbing about 7hours!)
