Story
The Pied Piper Appeal was founded in 1992 by local hairdresser Peter Hickman and £4 million was pledged to build a new Children's Centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. The money was quickly raised with the centre opening in 2004. Since then, Pied Piper have continued to fund the Children's Centre along with improving experiences with mental health facilities, sending children and their families on Wish Holidays and supporting SEND schools, pledging £500,000 to the Chamwell Centre Project which started building work in February 2019.
We want to support this great charity, as it faces the challenges of COVID. As we learn more about the charity and it's work, we have been inspired and motivated to support it as they are a vital to so many children in Gloucestershire.
Please help support this great cause.
